all print sales are final, this is a one-woman shop, and therefore cannot accept returns or exchanges. with this in mind, please carefully review your order. if for whatever reason you do receive a damaged or defective print, you are encouraged to contact me directly, ideally within 8 days so we can make it right. also, be sure to triple check your address as, unfortunately, any shipping issues are out of my control. if you reach out to me for a custom order please know that this is non-refundable. by making a purchase, you are indeed agreeing to adhere to these terms.
